5-Step Intro For Supplier
For Free Quarkr offers an online sales-channel for our member suppliers. Suppliers can enjoy all our services for free simply by registering for membership. Click here to register!
To protect the interests of our buyers and to ensure quality services in our marketplace, all registered suppliers have to be verified by us before they are allowed to post their products to our website. The verification process takes 1-3 working days and we ensure confidentiality. You can opt to setup a Business Account or a Personal Account. Upon verification, you can post your products on our website. Procedures for posting products:
1. Select Category
Our product categorization conforms to international standards and users' browsing habits. Selecting an appropriate category is critical because it allows potential buyers to find your product quickly in the relevant directory. Please make careful selection because you cannot modify the category after you have confirmed. To help you decide on an appropriate category, you may want to refer to similar products that are already in our system.
2. Enter Product ID & Model
Product ID makes it easier for inventory management. Product model makes it easier for identification during browsing.
3. Enter Product Name
Product name should be concise and descriptive. We encourage as many relevant keywords as possible (especially those that potential buyers might use during their search).
4. Enter Product Location
5. Enter Product Description
Please provide accurate description of your product. You may add in information such as product's history, recommended usage, instruction, etc. You may also mention after-sales service. Product description may be in HTML format.
6. Upload Photo
We encourage you to use attractive photos to draw buyer’s attention.
7. Packing Info
Please indicate whether you are selling in unit or in bulk, or by weight, etc.
8. Price & Delivery
You may have different prices and delivery timeframes for different quantity ranges or different specifications. A complete table with such information will help potential buyer make decision and place order.
9. Cross-Sell
Linking your product to related items can boost your transaction volume.
10. Shipping Information
When posting products, you may customize different shipping methods for different countries. Click here for details regarding customizing shipping information.
11. List Products
You may choose "List Now". After being added successfully, the product will be in "pending" status. It will be verified by Quarkr administrator in 1-2 business days. And it won't be displayed and can't be browsed until approved.
You may also choose "List Later". The product will not be listed after being added successfully. It is in "inactive" status. You can edit it later and list it.
12. Review & Submit
Review your entries and submit them for posting.
As soon as you have posted your product on our website, it is visible and available to all potential buyers in the global marketplace. When a qualified buyer made his payment, you have to ship out the product.
To view all your orders, go to "My Quarkr", select "Sell", "All Orders". On this page, you may communicate with your buyers, provide shipping information and notify shipments, etc.
Confirm Shipment
When you have an order, you should pack and ship the product to the recipient’s address which is provided by the buyer. After shipping out the order, you should update the order status to "Pending Arrival".
Inportant Notes
Please make sure that you ship to the correct address and have a copy of the freight invoice or manifest. Also, remember to sign in and provide the tracking number of that order. If the recipient claims that he has not received the product, this tracking number will be your proof of shipment.
If the recipient confirms arrival and is satisfied with the product, Quarkr will release the funds to the supplier's Quarkr account.
If the retailer starts a dispute process, Quarkr will make assessment and release the funds to the supplier's account after the dispute process is over. When a dispute process starts, please make active cooperation with Quarkr.
When funds are transfered to your Quarkr account, you may apply to withdraw them whenever you want.
Go to "My Quarkr", select "My Account", "Withdraw Funds". On this page, you can check your account balance, account summary and apply to withdraw funds.
After you have submitted your withdrawal request, we will verify it within 1-2 working days. Upon approval, we will transfer the money to your corresponding account within 1-3 working days.
