What Is Dispute & Arbitration?
A dispute is the process in which supplier and retailer communicate on prodduct-related problems. When you open a dispute, corresponding funds will be suspended while the two parties are making communication. 10 days after the dispute was opened, if the two parties still can't work things out, you may escalate the dispute to arbitration. Quarkr shall make fair and objective judgement based on the materials and evidences provided by the two parties.
Open A Dispute
If you haven't received the item after a long time since it's shipped out or the item received has flaws, or you have any other problems, you may sign in your account, click "Dispute" when you are viewing a specific order and start comminicating with the supplier.
Open An Arbitration
If a dispute can't be worked out by the two parties after 10 days since it's opened, you can escalate this dispute to arbitration.
View Disputes & Arbitrations
1. Sign in your Quarkr Account.
2. Click "My Orders", select "Disputing".
3. Click "Dispute" in the Order Information page, then you can see dispute or arbitration details, send messages to suppliers or close the dispute.
Cancel Order
You may only cancle unpaid orders. Go to Order Information page, select "Cancel Order", fill in your reason for cancling and click "Submit".
Return Procedures
If the item received is not as described, you may go to Order Information page, click "Return". Quarkr will temporarily suspend the funds for the two parties to communicate. If the supplier agrees, you may receive a RMA code from him, put this code on the package you are returning. If the supplier refuses to refund after he has received the item and the two of you cannot reach an agreement, you may open a dispute.
