Leaving Feedback for Retailer
At “My Quarkr”, select “Sell”, “All Orders”. Identify the order which you want to leave a feedback and select “Leave Feedback”. You may now leave an honest and fair feedback for you retailer.
 
Checking Feedback left by Retailer
At “My Quarkr”, select “Sell”, “All Orders”. Identify the order which you want to check and select “View Detail” to go to the “Order Information” page. Click the “Feedback” tab to check the feedback left by your retailer.
 
Leaving Feedback for Seller
At “My Quarkr”, select “Buy”, “All Orders”. Identify the order which you want to leave a feedback and select “Leave Feedback”. You may now leave an honest and fair feedback for your seller.
 
Checking Feedback left by Seller
At “My Quarkr”, select “Buy”, “All Orders”. Identify the order which you want to check and select “View Detail” to go to the “Order Information” page. Click the “Feedback” tab to check the feedback left by your seller.
