30-Day Proceeds Assurance Policy
30-Day Proceeds Assurance Policy
In order to ensure suppliers' rights and interests, Quarkr has specifically designed a 30-Day Proceeds Assurance Policy.
30 Days After Payment Is Fulfilled If the retailer does not notify us of the arrival of the product, we will send an automated email reminder; if he responds that he has received the product, then we will release the funds to the supplier's Quarkr account. However, if the retailer responds that he has not received the product, a dispute process will be started.
35 Days After Payment Is Fulfilled If the retailer does not confirm or make no response, Quarkr will automatically release the funds to the supplier's account; if he claims that he has not received the product, a dispute process will be started.
Also, when the payment is fulfilled for more than 20 days and the transaction conforms to the following requirements, the supplier may select "Payment" on the "Order Information" page, asking Quarkr to release funds ahead of schedule:
- The supplier has provided tracking number when shipping out the order.
- Quarkr is able to check logistic details of the product via tracking number and make sure the product is delivered to the exact address provided by the retailer.
- When the recepient address differs from what was submitted by the retailer according to the tracking number, as long as the supplier could provide the internal message sent by the retailer requesting an address alteration, this order could proceed after verification.
*If PayPal decides that a payment is unauthorized after doing investigation, Quarkr reserves the right to retract funds from the supplier.
