Supplier Notice

The services that Quarkr provides for suppliers are free. However, to protect retailers' interests, as well as promote your own business, please read the following instructions carefully.

• You can only sell goods that you own and are currently available at your physical inventory.
• You must have the authorization from the manufacturer of the goods to resell or to distribute.
• Products that infringe on any others' intellectual property, such as images, trademarks, brands, and logos, cannot be listed.
• Do not add watermark to product picture unless you are the manufacturer.
• Make sure your product is listed in appropriate category.
• Since Quarkr services for suppliers are completely free, we suggest you price your products at a wholesale level, so as to enhance your products' competitive power.
• Elaborate Product Name will enhance the chance that your product is searched out by keywords. Descriptive Product Info will make your product more appealing. Also, we suggest you add warranty and return policy to Product Info.
• Product Info should not contain shipping methods. You may only point out to which regions you do not ship.
• PayPal and PrePay are the only two payment methods that Quarkr use, you do not need to specify it in your Product Info.
• You cannot put your name on any of the packaging slips or any material that ships with the goods.
• Without client's consent, you cannot disclose shipping information to any third party.
